FDF Group was established in 2002 as a Real Estate Investment and Consulting firm, specializing in Texas Residential and Commercial Real Estate.  Working frequently with Mortgage Brokers, both as buyers and sellers, led us to believe that there had to be a better way.  The loan process seemed very transactional in nature and lacking consideration or strategy on how to incorporate a new mortgage with existing investments in order to achieve optimal long-term financial results.
